"For many years, I thrived in the fast-paced, high-stakes world of TV and film, working under intense pressure and scrutiny. From editing primetime entertainment shows like Strictly Come Dancing and tackling near-live, high-pressure sports coverage for events like the World Cup and Olympic Games, to crafting visual effects for films such as Lost in London, music videos for artists like Damian Albert and The Weeknd, and countless TV dramas, I built a career at the highest level. When COVID-19 halted productions, I was responsible for ensuring that EastEnders continued to air, using innovative visual effects to keep actors appearing together on screen despite strict distancing rules.

But with success came relentless stress and inevitable burnout. I wore it like a badge of honour, believing that endurance was the key to achievement. In reality, I was sacrificing growth for survival.

Rather than seeing stress as a signal for change, I ignored it—unaware of how deeply it was holding me back. I lacked the tools to create lasting transformation. Self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, and internal struggles quietly undermined both my career and personal life.

Looking back, what I needed most wasn’t more resilience—it was guidance. An empathetic coach who could help me understand the root of my challenges and realign my path with what truly fulfilled me.

That realization led me to train as a coach. Today, I bring the same dedication, discipline, and insight from my industry career to help others break free from obstacles, redefine success, and achieve meaningful, lasting change. I continue to work in TV and film, now bringing a deeper awareness and the tools to navigate high-pressure environments with clarity, balance, and purpose."
